Seriously, the Mushroom Kingdom needs it’s currency! There are many Perler Bead patterns out there for Mario coins, but I think this one is one of the simplest. You truly can’t have a collection of Mario Perler Bead patterns without throwing a coin into the mix. I don’t know if there has ever been a pink one, but I think that would be super kawaii too. Lumas have been seen in blue, red, green, and purple. The most common color for Luma is yellow like in the picture below, but you can have fun with your color choice. If you aren’t completely familiar with them, they come in many colors. ![]() Yep, I’m that mom who watches her kids play video games.Īnyway, Luma are a species of star like creatures that were first introduced to the Mario world in Super Mario Galaxy. Plus, Wonder Boy just finished Super Mario Galaxy for the first time, so I’ve seen quite a few Luma. I just love the cute little Luma in Super Mario Galaxy. I’ve no clue if there is actually a mint green Yoshi out there in the Mario world, but he looks awesome. This is another pattern that would look great in a multitude of colors. I’ll go even better, I’ve got two simple Yoshi Perler Bead patterns to share with you. You can’t have a Yoshi Egg, without a Yoshi. The one I did is obviously the traditional green, but someday I want to make a whole army of Yoshi Eggs in all the colors of the rainbow. The cool thing about this simple Yoshi Egg Perler Bead pattern is you can customize it to any color. I wrote full instructions for making a Perler Bead Yoshi Egg with a stand a few months ago. I liked this pattern so much when I first saw it that I added a base to it. Which comes first, the Yoshi or the egg? Well today the egg comes first, but I promise there will also be a Yoshi Perler Bead pattern. This small pattern would make a great fridge magnet, and might even be small enough to make earrings. It’s so small, that you could even do it with Biggie Beads if you have a tiny Mario Kart fan. Of all the Mario Perler Bead patterns I’m sharing with you today, this one, is by far the easiest. If you want it to be Luigi, make the hat and shirt green.īOOM! I just love this cute little Bomb pattern. To turn the pattern into a Mario, make the hat and shirt red. ![]() This pattern can be made to create either Mario or his brother Luigi. Take Yoshi, for example, he comes in many colors. The other fun thing about many of these patterns is that the same pattern can be done in multiple colors. Although you can find some complex Mario Perler Bead patterns, the ones I’m sharing with you are easy. ![]() Anything 8-bit goes perfectly with Perler Beads. Of course they are because Mario was originally a simple 8-bit character. One of the coolest things about Mario Perler Bead patterns is they are so insanely simple. I thought I’d gather up some of our new and our old Super Mario Perler Bead patterns and share them with you. Of course, all the Mario excitement has prompted us to make some new Mario Perler Bead projects. It’s so much fun! I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great family video game.
